This course is for all levels of K-9 teams. It focuses on K-9 case law, scent theory, reading negative indications, and crime scene preservation. It will also cover organizing a trailing program, individual problem solving, scent discrimination, casting, working through contamination, as well as trailing in a variety of environments.
The class includes both lecturing and field work. Communicating, motivating, and building the working relationship with your trailing partner will be the goal of this class.
